What you'll do

• Greet and direct patients and families to testing and surgical areas
• assist with patient and visitor transport or arrange transportation as needed
• obtain and verify patient information for registration
• explain procedures and expectations
• protect confidential medical information
• keep the work area orderly and stocked
• review department communications
• help educate new hires
• and perform other duties assigned by Patient Access Services leadership.
