What you'll do

• Provide patient-centered telephonic respiratory support
• counsel and re-educate CPAP patients in line with physician instructions
• gather information and troubleshoot equipment concerns
• enroll patients in the CPAP Compliance Program
• maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines
• monitor progress
• determine when an in-person visit is needed and coordinate care
• support field personnel
• educate patients on equipment use, maintenance, safety, and therapy expectations
• maintain licensure and confidentiality.
