IT Support Specialist — Hybrid, Nashville Area

The IT Support Specialist role is hybrid, based in the Nashville, TN area, with travel to offices in Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Columbia as needed. Compensation is $26.00–$30.00 per hour. The IT team supports employees across affiliated healthcare organizations so caregivers and office staff can serve patients and communities throughout Middle Tennessee. The specialist provides first-line technology support, resolves and escalates technical issues, manages accounts and equipment, and helps maintain secure, reliable systems. The role supports daily operations and technology projects while following HIPAA, company policies, and data security standards.

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee technology support
• troubleshoot computers, software, phone systems, and EMR platforms
• document issues and escalate complex cases
• maintain employee accounts, access, and permissions
• configure and deploy devices
• assist with MDM
• track equipment
• perform updates and installations
• support technology rollouts and office setups
• communicate about support requests
• follow HIPAA and data security requirements
• create, update, and order business cards and marketing materials as needed.
