What you'll do

• Manage wastewater study, design, and construction phases
• oversee treatment and system design elements
• manage budgets, forecasts, resources, scope, schedules, and deliverables
• lead the Massachusetts wastewater team
• ensure regulatory compliance and quality plans
• coordinate subconsultants, contractors, and agencies
• identify risks and mitigation strategies
• lead business development and prepare technical fee proposals
• mentor engineers and supervise staff when serving as team lead.
