What you'll do

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily operations as Manager on Duty
• coach associates and support onboarding and training
• represent the brand and provide educational customer experiences
• address customer concerns
• support sales goals and identify customer needs
• direct stocking and merchandising
• complete inventory transactions
• follow wage and hour requirements and store policies and procedures.
