What you'll do

• Inspect the community and remove litter, debris, and pet waste
• keep common areas, office space, and amenities neat
• remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments
• complete minor and routine service requests as directed
• assist the make-ready specialist
• change locks according to policy
• check pool gates for proper operation
• distribute resident notices
• report hazards
• attend safety meetings and complete required training.
