Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) Operating Room

Supports and collaborates with the Director of Nursing (DON) in providing leadership and oversight for the OR. Directs and coordinates the nursing and patient care delivery of the unit-based professional and support personnel. Manages 15-20 direct reports. Assists DON with time cards, annual and mid-year reviews, schedules, huddles/meetings, bed needs, staff collaboration.
