The PRN Registered Nurse (RN) — Home Healthcare, Pediatric Focus role is onsite in Savannah, GA, and pays $45–$50 per hour. It provides one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, with PRN flexible shifts that may include days, nights, and weekends. The nurse assesses and monitors pediatric patients with medical complexities, provides prescribed treatments, and supports families and caregivers. The role contributes to coordinated, individualized care through documentation, communication with interdisciplinary teams, and adherence to infection-control and patient-safety standards.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings
• administer prescribed medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments
• monitor vital signs, respiratory status, and overall health
• manage G-tube feedings, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support as needed
• educate families and caregivers on care, emergency response, and safety
• document in electronic medical records
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
• follow infection-control and patient-safety standards. Requires an active Georgia RN license, one to two years of pediatric nursing experience, current BLS/CPR, and reliable transportation
• PALS is preferred.
