The Mobile Pet Grooming Dispatcher — Hybrid role is based in Tucson, AZ, with some days at the Tucson facility and some days remote. Accurate records and clear communication help groomers arrive prepared and keep the service running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
• convert inquiries into booked appointments
• recommend suitable add-on services and recurring schedules
• create efficient daily routes
• maintain accurate client and pet records, grooming notes, contact information, and signed release forms
• adjust schedules for call-outs, delays, and cancellations
• handle client concerns and keep groomers and management informed.
