What you'll do

• Lead infrastructure and application discovery and migration-readiness assessment
• analyze inventory, dependencies, utilization, risks, and remediation needs
• apply the AWS 6R framework
• define AWS landing-zone architecture and migration roadmaps
• design AWS infrastructure
• lead AI-enabled migration execution and validation
• guide VMware workload migration and modernization
• establish Terraform standards
• lead governance, technical reviews, risk management, and team mentoring.
