The role exists to plan, direct, and manage day-to-day activities within the Security Operations Center, including high-tempo incident response. The SOC Lead coordinates 24x7 staffing, drives the adoption of new cybersecurity tools and methodologies, and ensures the quality and timeliness of all incident reporting to maintain mission-critical security operations.
