Before and After School Site Director

The Before and After School Site Director role is onsite at Highland Park Elementary School in Fairmount Heights, MD. Pay is $21 per hour. AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to engage students beyond the school day. The role exists to lead a before- and after-school program and ensure its daily operations, activities, staffing, documentation, and licensing requirements are managed. It contributes to a safe, inclusive environment and supports student success through relationships with families, school staff, and the program team.

What you'll do

• Manage site schedules, staffing ratios, documentation, and daily operations
• oversee curriculum implementation and activities
• maintain a safe and inclusive environment
• ensure licensing compliance and inspection readiness
• track resources, attendance, and food-program requirements
• supervise, mentor, and train the site team
• represent AlphaBEST at school and community events
• build relationships with families, school staff, and leadership.
