Facilities Maintenance Evening Porter

What you'll do

• Perform general repairs to buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment
• complete basic plumbing tasks and daily cleaning
• maintain outdoor areas
• inspect control panels and electrical wiring
• organize maintenance supplies and notify the manager when orders are needed
• respond to help-desk requests for emergency repairs and cleanups
• maintain equipment
• coordinate with vendors
• and assist with safety and fire prevention programs, inspections, and drills.
