What you'll do

• Supervise and manage daily dietary department operations in accordance with state and federal regulations
• attend interdisciplinary team meetings and patient care conferences and complete MDS
• work with staff to provide nutritional care
• plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct dietary department programs and activities
• maintain written dietary policies, procedures, and job descriptions
• interview residents or family members to obtain diet histories and evaluate meal quality and satisfaction.
