The role manages commercial lease administration and portfolio operations, coordinating with Legal, Accounting, Insurance, Facilities, Construction, landlords, and vendors to maintain accurate records and support compliant property operations.

What you'll do

• Abstract and audit lease information
• interpret lease terms and communicate obligations
• manage property move-in and move-out processes and critical dates
• coordinate utilities, taxes, insurance certificates, rent and CAM reviews, and reporting
• draft standard notices and communications under supervision
• and support lease administration workflows.
