The Workforce Coordinator & Compliance Auditor — Evening Shift (Bilingual English/Spanish) is an onsite, full-time role in Madison, AL, at a client automotive manufacturing facility. Pay is $25.00 per hour, with overtime for hours over 40 and paid on-call participation; a $3,000 sign-on bonus is conditional on active employment after 90 days. PPG Quality provides managed services for manufacturers, and this role supports its Quality Operations at the client plant. The role coordinates evening and night-shift staffing, onboarding, safety and compliance checks, and shift handoffs so workers are ready for their assignments and production concerns are addressed promptly. It also maintains accurate records and communicates with workers, supervisors, and candidates in English and Spanish.

What you'll do

• Run the 6:50 p.m. night-shift check-in
• track attendance and no-shows and make same-night backfill calls. Support day-to-night turnover and serve as the onsite contact for night supervisors. Deliver evening orientation and complete onboarding paperwork. Respond to incidents, injuries, and conflicts
• document and escalate them. Contribute attendance, roster, and onboarding data to weekly compliance audits
• maintain the shift handoff log. Conduct safety observations, verify PPE and safety training, document near misses and incidents, and escalate unsafe conditions. Verify hiring approvals, screening, orientation clearance, training, and client eligibility. Communicate in English and Spanish.
