What you'll do

• Provide strategic HR leadership and direction across multiple facilities.
• Lead union contract negotiations, grievance processes, and maintain positive labor relations.
• Oversee PBJ reporting and compliance.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Manage new hire orientation.
• Ensure payroll accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Oversee benefits administration, workers' compensation, and leave management programs.
