Custodial Lead — Second Shift

The Custodial Lead role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. TDG Facilities provides facilities management services and supports an educational customer in the Northern Cincinnati Sycamore area. The lead oversees custodians and helps ensure daily cleaning and facility tasks are completed to the required standard. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing spaces, maintaining equipment, restocking supplies, supporting laundry operations, and completing special facility projects.

What you'll do

• Work with site personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed
• safely maintain and use janitorial equipment
• clean and sanitize restrooms and hard surfaces
• vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, stairs, hallways, and common areas
• empty trash
• clean doors and glass as applicable
• support laundry operations
• restock supplies
• participate in special facility projects.
