What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop a Scrum-based software team
• set priorities and accountability
• strengthen Agile and Scrum practices
• lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• improve intake, estimation, capacity planning, and workflow
• establish and monitor delivery KPIs
• communicate risks and progress
• collaborate with product, project management, QA, business analysis, infrastructure, and security
• provide technical leadership in a Microsoft/.NET environment.
