The Patient Relations Specialist role is onsite in Arlington Heights, IL, with compensation of $18–$19.50 per hour. Bright Light Medical Imaging is a physician-led, multi-location imaging center. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The role helps patients navigate the administrative steps around imaging appointments, from initial contact and scheduling through arrival and financial clearance. Accurate records, clear communication, and coordination with clinical and administrative teams support patient access and flow.

What you'll do

• Greet patients in person and by phone
• answer and direct calls
• assist with check-in forms, records, and payments
• protect patient information under HIPAA
• schedule and confirm appointments in Medics Premier
• verify order details and authorizations
• coordinate with departments and technologists
• support patient flow and insurance processes.
