What you'll do

• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out
• answer calls and schedule evaluations and follow-up visits
• explain appointment details, paperwork, and financial responsibilities
• collect copays, coinsurance, and deductible payments
• verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
• contact physicians’ offices for prescriptions and referrals
• maintain confidential patient information
• coordinate schedules with therapists and follow up with patients
• run and update clinic operations reports.
