The Psychologist role is onsite in Utica, NY. Compensation is $150,000–$200,000 per year. Infinite Medical P.C., in partnership with MedElite Healthcare Management Group, provides care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities, with a focus on compassionate, personalized senior care. The psychologist evaluates residents’ mental health needs and provides evidence-based treatment and psychotherapy. The role contributes to coordinated, holistic care through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, resident and family education, and accurate confidential documentation.

What you'll do

• Conduct psychological evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and standardized testing
• develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
• provide psychotherapy primarily in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, with outpatient or community-based work available if desired
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• provide psychoeducation to clients and families
• maintain accurate, timely, confidential documentation
• participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development.

Why this role

Requires a PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program, a current New York State psychologist license, and 1–2 years of supervised clinical experience; postdoctoral experience is preferred. Outpatient or community-based work is an opportunity if desired.
