What you'll do

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity.
• Build customer loyalty.
• Offer consistent, in the moment feedback to store team.
• Support store team with Asset Protection.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED.

Experience

High school diploma or GED. Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and climb a ladder. Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
