What you'll do

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment according to specifications and procedures
• support process improvement
• assist engineers with experiments, qualifications, and tool calibrations
• monitor equipment and processes and escalate issues
• maintain documentation
• follow quality, regulatory, environmental health, safety, and cleanroom protocols
• guide new technicians or operators as needed
• independently run at least two tools or work centers.
