Member Services Representative

Job overview

The Member Services Representative works onsite in South Jordan, UT, for 15–20 hours per week across three to four shifts of five to eight hours. The posting states pay of $15 per hour. The role supports Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests at the club. This position helps create a positive member experience by handling front-desk interactions, supporting sign-ups and account updates, and responding to questions. It also contributes to smooth club operations by assisting with cleanliness and directing concerns to a manager when needed.

What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• answer phones and assist callers
• check members into the system
• sign up new members and give tours to prospective members
• facilitate account updates
• respond to questions and concerns and escalate them to an Assistant Manager or Manager as needed
• help maintain club neatness and cleanliness.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED and age 18 or older are required. Weekend availability is required, including Saturday and Sunday between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m.; weekday evening availability between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. is also required.
