What you'll do

• Serve as the primary onsite representative for Fort Myers field services
• review subcontractor shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract documents and building codes
• conduct field observations and prepare technical reports
• resolve construction-phase issues and respond to Requests for Information
• coordinate with clients, contractors, design teams, and local Mechanical and Electrical Professional Engineers.
