What you'll do

• Maintain desktop software, hardware, peripherals, and infrastructure on a government network
• operate, support, and maintain phone and video teleconference equipment
• monitor systems for compliance with Army policies and procedures
• troubleshoot user hardware and software issues
• prepare weekly and monthly planning and status reports.
