What you'll do

• Inspect Room Attendants’ work in assigned sections
• inspect VIP rooms and report availability to the Front Office when the Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager is absent
• oversee end-of-day floor closing and cart restocking
• ensure daily assignment records are completed and submitted
• maintain key control
• monitor cleanliness of carts, closets, stairways, and landings
• oversee daily work assignments
• report out-of-order room progress to the Guest Services Manager and communicate with Maintenance
• assist with staff training
• support guest satisfaction. Work various shifts seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.
