Registered Nurse – Emergency

The Registered Nurse – Emergency role is onsite in Palo Alto, CA. The anticipated pay range is $83–$90 per hour. The nurse provides concierge emergency and urgent care to adult and pediatric patients in Sollis Health clinics under physician or advanced care provider oversight. The role supports timely, patient-centered clinic care by assessing patients, performing nursing procedures, documenting care, and coordinating follow-up with internal teams and medical partners. It contributes to Sollis Health’s membership-based model of immediate access to emergency and urgent care and ongoing care navigation.

What you'll do

• Obtain medical histories and vital signs, complete intake, and prioritize care
• perform IV access, phlebotomy, vaccinations, point-of-care rapid tests, IV medication and fluid administration, and EKGs
• document in the EHR and Salesforce
• track medication inventory
• coordinate additional care with aftercare, house-call teams, or medical partners
• communicate empathetically with patients
• participate in house calls if requested
• assist Coterie patients after falls as a second assist when needed.
