What you'll do

• Provide care according to individualized plans
• assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, and transportation
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with mobility and transfers
• document care and report changes in client condition
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• follow safety and confidentiality requirements
• travel locally to client locations.
