What you'll do

• Oversee daily Engineering/Maintenance operations
• maintain hotel buildings, guestrooms, public areas, grounds, and systems
• respond to work orders and guest requests
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• develop preventive maintenance programs
• inspect property and equipment
• maintain maintenance records
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense management
• ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• lead, train, schedule, and develop maintenance team members
• participate in emergency response procedures.

Why this role

Hands-on department leadership; previous hotel, commercial building, facilities, or property maintenance experience is required; supervisory or maintenance leadership experience is strongly preferred. The role may require response to urgent maintenance situations outside scheduled hours.
