What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees
• screen personnel, visitors, and permitted items using established procedures and equipment
• monitor access points and verify credentials and delivery documentation as assigned
• report unauthorized access attempts and irregular activity
• respond to incidents and alarms according to emergency procedures
• conduct interior, exterior, and perimeter patrols
• document observations and report maintenance or security concerns.
