What you'll do

• Collaborate with Marketing to develop and implement parts marketing programs for U.S. and Canadian dealers
• partner with dealers to identify sales opportunities and optimize inventory and order management
• develop and execute performance improvement programs with the top 20 U3 dealers
• manage dealer feedback and coordinate action-item resolution
• establish KPIs for annual dealer business plans
• partner with cross-functional departments
• perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Minimum 75% overnight travel is required.
