The Habilitation Specialist — Respite role is onsite in White Plains, NY. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Develop and implement person-centered activities
• assist with daily living activities as needed
• use positive reinforcement and redirection
• promote social interaction and independence
• maintain line-of-sight supervision
• communicate participant updates to supervisors, families, and team members
• participate in meetings and training
• follow confidentiality and mandated-reporting requirements.
