The Talent Acquisition Manager, Home Health role is onsite Monday through Friday in Natomas or Roseville, California. Compensation is $105,000–$120,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn up to $20,000 annually in performance bonuses. 21st Century Home Health Services provides care in patients’ homes across Northern California. The manager leads end-to-end recruiting for clinical roles, helping ensure the agency has the clinicians needed to serve patients. The role partners with leaders and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Run full-cycle searches from sourcing through hiring
• source and contact clinicians including RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, social workers, and HHAs
• build relationships with passive candidates
• partner with managers on hiring needs
• monitor recruiting metrics
• support candidate closing and coordinate with fellow recruiters.
