What you'll do
- Provide phone and email support to merchants
- troubleshoot terminal, gateway, and funding issues
- assist with batch, deposit, billing, and reconciliation inquiries
- escalate complex account issues
- collaborate with internal teams and vendors
- maintain merchant records and update HubSpot CRM
- coordinate internal communications, reporting, and tracking
- and help upload and assign lead lists to sales representatives.
