Service Superintendent

The Service Superintendent role is onsite in Friday Harbor, WA, working on projects in occupied high-end residences. Compensation is $95,000–$115,000 per year. The superintendent plans and manages service work, coordinates clients and project partners, and ensures work meets agreed scope, schedule, cost, safety, and workmanship standards. The role also supports maintenance programs and helps identify repairs so clients’ homes operate smoothly.

What you'll do

• Manage client relationships and requests
• plan site meetings and service project scopes
• maintain schedules and communicate scope changes, costs, and deadlines
• assist with estimates and resource management
• coordinate purchases and invoice approvals
• maintain safe, secure, clean worksites
• oversee workmanship and subcontractors
• support maintenance programs and diagnose repair needs
• prepare daily field reports.
