What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, collections, and account issues
• support bookkeeping, payroll, and time tracking
• complete month-end journal entries and reconciliations
• enter customer purchase orders and manage ERP workflows
• perform job costing and monitor labor entries
• track jobs through production
• partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams on operating metrics and process improvements.
