What you'll do

• Lead strategic planning, staffing, operations, and financial performance
• manage division P&L, budgets, revenue goals, and profitability targets
• recruit, hire, develop, and mentor team members
• schedule crews across active jobsites
• establish safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards
• report performance metrics to executive leadership
• partner with Preconstruction on opportunities, scopes, and pricing
• lead procurement
• collaborate with support teams
• represent the company with clients and trade partners.
