What you'll do

• Assist guests in person and by phone
• provide courteous customer service and personalized information
• promote marketing offers, events, and MVP Rewards benefits
• assist with loyalty promotions and kiosks
• support Card Casino duties as needed
• maintain office supplies and customer data
• handle Lottery complaints
• answer and return calls
• and contact the appropriate department to resolve issues.
