What you'll do

• Provide on-site operational support for new store openings across baking, cake decoration, and sandwich preparation
• prepare bakery items according to company recipes and standards
• decorate cakes and desserts to brand guidelines
• support food safety, quality, and hygiene practices
• train bakery staff and kitchen managers
• monitor product quality and escalate issues
• maintain an organized kitchen and equipment
• track and report readiness, training progress, and quality metrics
• check inventory and assist with initial orders
• use basic computer tools for data entry and reporting.
