What you'll do

• Manage contested and litigated foreclosure matters
• draft, review, and approve pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
• represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings
• analyze case issues and provide legal guidance
• review title chains, loan documents, and property records
• communicate case updates and recommendations to clients
• collaborate with legal and operational colleagues
• and monitor deadlines and caseload activity.
