Mammography Technical Assistant

What you'll do

• Greet and escort patients
• assist with check-in, questionnaires, and documentation
• prepare examination rooms
• explain exam preparation and expectations
• support patient mobility and privacy
• coordinate patient flow and appointments
• verify demographics and orders
• retrieve and reconcile outside imaging
• verify records in the electronic medical record
• maintain room readiness and supplies
• report equipment issues
• support quality assurance and safety protocols
• answer phones and facilitate communication.
