The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist role is onsite at the Syracuse VA Medical Center in Syracuse, NY, and compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures
• perform CT examinations, including advanced and interventional studies
• administer contrast and monitor patient response
• operate CT scanners
• perform general radiographic imaging as required
• track radiation doses
• ensure image quality and correct artifacts
• maintain sterile supplies and assist with interventional procedures
• enter imaging data in VA systems
• follow ALARA and infection-control policies
• clean and maintain equipment
• communicate with patients, radiologists, and staff.

Why this role
