Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Draper, UT, with a salary range of $80,000–$120,000 per year. What you'll do

• Develop project plans, timelines, schedules, and budgets
• coordinate construction phases from pre-construction through close-out
• oversee materials, equipment, and labor
• conduct site visits and monitor safety and quality
• identify risks and mitigation strategies
• ensure compliance with codes, permits, regulations, and company policies
• lead project teams and subcontractors
• communicate project updates to leadership
• manage budgets, forecasts, estimates, expenses, invoices, change orders, and contracts
• enforce safety standards
• inspect quality
• maintain project records
• solicit bids and negotiate with suppliers
• review construction documents and drawings.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and 3–5 years of construction project management experience. A valid driver’s license and travel to job sites as needed are required; PMP and OSHA 30 are preferred.
