What you'll do

• Assist with cutting and preparing meat, smoking meats, receiving and stocking shipments, packaging and displaying products, and serving customers at the counter.
• Rotate and monitor products, record inventory, update labels and prices, maintain cleanliness and safety, and follow health and sanitation procedures.
