The Revenue Cycle Management Manager — Laboratory role is onsite in Southfield, MI. Compensation is $95,000–$105,000 per year. The role supports a diagnostic laboratory specializing in women’s health, toxicology, and genetic testing. The manager oversees pre- and post-submission revenue cycle work to improve claim readiness, reimbursement, and cash collections. Through analysis, root-cause investigation, appeals, and workflow improvements, the role helps address billing and payer issues and strengthen end-to-end revenue cycle performance.

What you'll do

• Monitor revenue cycle metrics and identify trends
• conduct root-cause analysis of claim delays, rejections, denials, underpayments, and aging accounts receivable
• review and scrub claims before submission
• validate CPT and ICD-10 coding and payer compliance
• manage appeals, corrected claims, escalations, and AR follow-up
• communicate with payers, clearinghouses, and internal teams
• recommend and support corrective workflow improvements
• prepare weekly and monthly reporting for the RCM Director.

Why this role
