What you'll do

• Stock and merchandise the sales floor
• organize products and conduct quality checks
• remove items that do not meet standards and rotate inventory
• greet customers and help locate merchandise
• respond respectfully to questions and concerns
• operate the cash register and process transactions
• promote the Round-Up Program
• maintain cash-handling procedures
• keep sales areas and facilities clean, safe, and organized
• cross-train in other store functions.
