What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate insulation technicians
• assign tasks and manage workflow and timelines
• train and support team members
• inspect installations and address deficiencies
• enforce safety protocols and conduct briefings
• communicate with customers
• operate company vehicles when authorized and eligible
• complete vehicle inspections and report concerns.
