The Maintenance Technician — Second Shift, Four-Day Workweek role is onsite in Delavan, WI, working Tuesday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Compensation is $27–$37 per hour. The technician supports Continental Plastic’s production machinery and facilities team. The role maintains and troubleshoots production equipment to support reliable operations and organizational objectives. It includes scheduled, emergency, and preventive maintenance, root-cause investigation, inspections, and maintenance reporting.

What you'll do

• Assemble, clean, install, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment
• perform scheduled, unscheduled/emergency, and preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, hydraulic systems, and other production machines
• identify equipment problems using observation and testing instruments
• inspect, service, and test machinery
• prepare maintenance reports and enter information into the maintenance tracking program.
